Our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste. Please allow 2-3 days for production and 7-12 days for shipping.

We are happy to exchange your purchase for another item or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please email returns@lavaluau.com with your order number to get an exchange started.

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Your return may be rejected if items fail to be in a resaleable condition. Returned items need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt, and with the original tags.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless there was a fault with the item before arrival.

We'll get your refund processed as soon as we receive your return at our warehouse. You can expect to see it within a couple of days. 

During busier times, it may take up to 10 working days. If you haven't received your refund by then, please contact us.

Wash inside out, fully buttoned to help preserve the shape of the garment. Machine wash cold with like colors. Gentle cycle. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed.
